$350 - $500 flat fee for a Single Project
One contractor, one job, includes initial consultation, contractor vetting, one site visit, and final walkthrough.
Determined flat fee depends on number of contractor interviews and overall time. This will be quoted and agreed upon ahead of time.

$800 - $1,200 flat fee for a Multi-Phase Project
More than one contractor or job often spanning several weeks, includes ongoing oversight and check-ins.

$1,500-2,500 flat fee for a Complex/Extended Project
Full renovation or extended project, unlimited site visits within a defined timeframe, full contractor coordination and oversight.
