Downsizing concierge is ideal for you if you are a senior or adult child who is overwhelmed, doesn't know where to begin or what steps to take in the process, and needs someone to see the whole picture and run the process. Think of us as your guide.
This is a full transition management service with a flat fee. The fee falls between $2,500 - $4,000 for a full engagement covering the initial assessment, vendor coordination, timeline management, and oversight through the move.
Determined flat fee depends on the number of vendors and events that are coordinated, complexity, and overall time. This will be quoted and agreed upon ahead of time.
