Service Plans
Plans are based on the size of your home plus frequency needs. Add-ons cover everything in between.
If you book more than one month, a light pre-return refresh + a one-store fridge/pantry stocking (you pay for the groceries) is included.

Basic = 1 visit/month + 1 emergency visit
$75 per month for Small homes (2500 sqft or less)
$100 per month for Medium homes (2500 - 5999 sqft)
$150 per month for Large homes (6000 sqft or more)

Standard = 2 visits/month + 1 emergency visit
$130 per month for Small homes (2500 sqft or less)
$175 per month for Medium homes (2500 - 5999 sqft)
$250 per month for Large homes (6000 sqft or more)

Premium = weekly visits + unlimited concierge
$250 per month for Small homes (2500 sqft or less)
$350 per month for Medium homes (2500 - 5999 sqft)
$500 per month for Large homes (6000 sqft or more)

Any plan can use an add-on at any time. If you book more than one month, a light pre-return refresh + a one-store fridge/pantry stocking (you pay for the groceries) is included.
$75 per hour for Contractor coordination - we can help vet the contractor and meet them at the home
$75 per hour for Organization services - come home to a fully organized closet, pantry, or other space of your choosing
$100 flat fee for Extra pre-return home prep like fresh linens, towels, clean surfaces, and other special requests as agreed upon
$50 + groceries for Fridge/pantry stocking (for more than one store or if only one month is booked)
